None. The app processes your texts with the Apple Intelligence model built into your device; they are not transmitted to Color Vivo or to third parties, and the app makes no network connections. That is why its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected".

localkeep.net is a static site that uses Google Analytics 4 to measure usage in aggregate. By default it runs without cookies (Consent Mode): your browser sends Google technical requests (IP address, page visited) with no persistent identifiers, and reports are based on aggregated and modeled data. Measurement cookies from Google are only set if you accept analytics cookies in the notice (see the cookie policy). Google acts as the provider of this measurement; more at policies.google.com. In addition, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record technical data in its server logs for security purposes, for a limited period. We never cross-reference this information with anything else.

Downloads and any purchases are handled entirely through Apple's App Store, which acts as the controller of that data (payment, billing, history). Color Vivo receives no personal information about who buys the app.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability over your personal data. Since we process none, exercising these rights will rarely be necessary — but you can still write to us at hello@localkeep.net, and you can always lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

If anything relevant ever changes, we will announce it on this page and update the date in the header. The underlying commitment — no data leaves your device — is not negotiable: it is the product.
